Tormek KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig

The Tormek KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig is an extra-wide, self-centering knife jig designed to provide maximum stability when sharpening long and flexible knives—such as fillet knives and other thin blades that can otherwise easily bend or “wander” during sharpening.

The wide 140 mm jaw grips the blade more securely, and the self-centering function ensures the knife is automatically positioned correctly in the jig. This results in consistent sharpening on both sides and beautiful, symmetrical bevels—regardless of whether the blade is thin, tapered, or varies in thickness.
