Payment
Superskarpt accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay.
We do not charge credit card fees.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, and out-of-stock items. In the event of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Shipping
Delivery is available via GLS.
Shipping prices are 40 DKK incl. VAT, with free shipping on orders over 499 DKK within Denmark to a parcel shop. Please be aware that certain shipping methods may have higher prices. This applies to private and business delivery. You can see the specific shipping prices for the relevant categories once you have added the item to your “cart.”
Superskarpt delivers on all weekdays with a delivery time of 1–3 business days. If you choose a GLS Parcel Shop, we offer next-day delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
You can notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase by registering your withdrawal here: Withdraw from your purchase
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw from your purchase. You can create and register your return via our return portal here: RETURN PORTAL
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Withdrawal from part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you withdraw from only a part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you want to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Please enclose a physical description containing the order number and a note stating whether you want a refund or the item exchanged.

A return label purchased through us costs 41.25 DKK.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address. This means we do not pick up packages sent to parcel lockers.
You can also withdraw from the purchase by notifying us and delivering the item in person to the above address.
NOTE: The item must be thoroughly cleaned and dry before you send it to us. This applies particularly to waders and footwear.
Condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value because it has been used in a way other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item, only a partial refund can be made. The amount of the refund depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, the amount may be limited to the shipping costs.
For products containing license, activation, or installation codes, the right of withdrawal expires if the code has been scratched, activated, or put into use. In such cases, the item is considered to have been put into use in its entirety, and no refund will be granted.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
We will return the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation of having returned it.
Right of complaint (Statutory Warranty)
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for the shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
At Superskarpt, we use artificial intelligence (AI) in certain cases as a supporting tool in our work with content for the webshop and our other digital channels.
AI may be used for the preparation, adaptation, or optimization of texts, product descriptions, guides, inspirational content, images, graphics, and other marketing materials. The purpose is to make our content more relevant, informative, and user-friendly for our customers.
When we use AI-generated or AI-supported material, it occurs as part of our regular editorial and commercial work. The content may therefore have been reviewed, edited, and quality-assured by employees at Superskarpt before it is published.
We strive to ensure that information on our website is correct, accurate, and relevant. However, AI-generated content, like other digital content, may contain errors or inaccuracies.
We continuously work to adapt our use of AI to current legislation, including EU rules on transparency in the use of artificial intelligence. Where relevant or required, we will clarify the use of AI-generated or AI-manipulated content.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary to deliver the item to you.
GLS (Delivery of products: Name, address, phone number, and email address)
Personal data is registered with ODENSE JAGT OG FRITID ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
Furthermore, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This could be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
